Product Overview
Formalin 37% is an aqueous solution containing approximately 37% formaldehyde. It is widely used as an industrial chemical intermediate and processing chemical across resin manufacturing, wood processing, textiles, coatings and various chemical-manufacturing applications.
Commercial Formalin is frequently stabilised with methanol to limit polymerisation during storage. However, the exact methanol or stabiliser concentration varies between manufacturers and should always be confirmed from the applicable product specification.
